This Subscriptions Policy covers any recurring service you sign up to with Roots by the Sea Ltd (trading as Roots by the Sea ). It explains how billing works, how to cancel, and what happens if a payment fails.
When you sign up to a recurring subscription you agree to pay the stated amount on a recurring basis (typically monthly, but check your specific subscription confirmation).

We use Ripple Pay (Ripple Holdings Limited, Isle of Man) to process all subscription billing. Card numbers are securely held by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor — we never see or store your card details.
Your subscription starts on the date stated in your sign-up confirmation. This is usually the date of your first payment, unless you signed up to a free trial first.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel. We will collect payment on the same day each period (e.g. the 15th of each month).
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
Notice period: 30 days. Cancellations within the notice period mean your subscription continues to the end of the current billing period and is not collected again afterwards.

We may change the price of your subscription with at least 30 days' notice by email. You can cancel at any time if you don't want to continue at the new price.
