These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and any subscriptions or purchases you make from us. By placing an order or subscribing to one of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this URL.
We provide services as described on our website . The exact scope of what we deliver is set out in your order, package or subscription confirmation.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
Recurring subscriptions are collected automatically by Direct Debit or recurring card payment via our payment partner Ripple Pay (operated by Ripple Holdings Limited, Isle of Man). By subscribing you authorise us, via Ripple Pay, to collect the agreed amount on the agreed schedule.
For Direct Debit, you are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee. For card payments, your card details are securely held by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor — we never see or store your card number.
You are responsible for keeping your contact and payment details up to date. If a payment fails we will retry it according to our published schedule and contact you to resolve the issue.
You may cancel your subscription with 30 days' notice. See our separate Refunds Policy and Subscriptions Policy for the detailed cancellation and refund process.
Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
Subject to the above, our maximum liability for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms is limited to the total amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Isle of Man. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Justice of the Isle of Man.
